Investing in energy, energy saving and energy efficiency conference: speakers announced
On September 10, 2013, the 13th St Petersburg Forum TEK supported by the strategic partner of the Forum, the news agency INFOLine, is to hold the conference Investing in energy: energy saving and energy efficient technologies, construction and reconstruction of energy facilities. The discussion is to involve the leading Russian companies and industrial experts. The confirmed speakers of the event include Promstroi Group of Companies, Schneider Electric, the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation and the Self-Regulatory Organisation Non-commercial Partnership “Consolidation of participants of energy conservation and energy inspection market “Energy-Efficiency, Energy-Conservation, Energy-Safety”.
The discussion is to cover the legislative regulation of the industry; the state policy and grants in energy-effectiveness and construction of power-engineering objects; deliveries of machines and equipment for construction and reconstruction of power-engineering projects; the investment climate; effective management of large projects etc.
The session is to be moderated by Director General of INFOLine, Ivan Fedyakov. The expert is also to report on the condition, key indicators and prospects of the TEK industry. President, Director General, a member of the Board of Directors of Promstroi Group, Mikhail Markovich Polonskiy is to speak about the most topical issues of the TEK oil-and-gas construction market. Vitaliy Ivanovich Mlynchik, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Partnership “Consolidation of participants of energy conservation and energy inspection market “Energy-Efficiency, Energy-Conservation, Energy-Safety”, is to report on creation of a favourable investment climate for energy-servicing activities.
Maksim Konstantinovich Ageyev, Head of the power-engineering bureau Schneider Electric in Russia and the CIS, is to speak about the practical issues of increase in energy-effectiveness and power management. In her turn, Maria Yevgenievna Lazareva, Deputy Chairman of the Working Group for Development of an Information-Oriented Society and Formation of an Electronic Government of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, reported on application of up-to-date information technologies to increase power effectiveness.
