The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) — is the world's leading tradeshow organisers and fairground owners, as well as the major national and international exhibition associations, and selected partners of the exhibition industry. The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) has 543 members from 206 cities, in 84 countries and on 6 continents. UFI plays the role of an efficient networking platform where professionals of the exhibition industry can exchange ideas and experiences. The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) has a set of tasks: UFI promotes trade fairs and exhibitions globally as a unique marketing and communications tool; UFI provides UFI members with educational training opportunities and a variety of professional seminars regarding all aspects of the exhibition industry; UFI considers actual problems and discusses possible prospects of development of the exhibition industry within working committees and regional groups.
Russian Union of Exhibition and Fairs (RUEF) — is an association of leading Russian exhibition contractors, owners of exhibition complexes, companies assisting the exhibition business, as well as representatives of the exhibition business. The RUEF assists Russian companies in the promotion of goods and services in the domestic and foreign markets, coordinates the exhibition and fair activities including legislative initiatives in the sphere of exhibition and fair activities. The RUEF carries out an audit of events, boosts the enhancement and development of international relations, and holds training workshops and events within the industry, based on data of the wide information base of the exhibition industry. The mark of a trade show high quality - RUEF Logo - has been granted to a hundred of exhibitions/fairs run by the RUEF Members.
International Tourism Trade Fairs Association (ITTFA) brings together some of the worlds’ best tourism exhibitions. The ITTFA membership is strictly monitored, so only the best and most efficient exhibitions with high professional standards may be among its members. This means that each exhibition within the ITTFA ensures a business environment of negotiations and topical information on market conditions for its participants. Along with its Secretariat in London it meets three times a year to seek new ways to improve the most successful exhibitions and fairs of the world. During the meeting ITTFA members develop general working practices for event organisation that may further ensure comfortable conditions for all who would like to attend new ITTFA exhibitions, successful business negotiations and the resolution of key problems within the industry.

Founded in 1955, is an informal association of organisers of exhibitions abroad and of national group participations in international trade fairs and exhibitions. The objective of InterEXPO is to improve and facilitate the work of its members through the exchange of experiences, sharing of "know-how", cooperation on projects, bilateral and multilateral. On 26-28 June 2008 InterEXPO Annual Meeting was welcomed in St. Petersburg, Russia by RESTEC®.
