OSEA 2012 with participation of Russia opens in Singapore
The 19th international exhibition and conference for the oil and gas industry OSEA 2012 has started its work on November 27th, 2012 at Singapore Exhibition Centre, Marina Bay Sands. OSEA represents the Russian national exposition with participation of the Russian Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology, Gazprom OAO, Gazprom EP International BV, Dalmorneftegeofizika OAO, Marine Arctic Geological Expedition JSC, Navigator LLC, Energomash (Belgorod) BZEM JSC, etc.
Established since 1976, OSEA is Asia's most important business technology event for the Oil and Gas industry, considered as a must-attend event among the key players in Asia. This authoritative event gained the status of a strategic hub for the global marine and offshore industry. Recognised as Asia’s most established oil and gas exploration and production trade event, OSEA 2012 will bring together industry professionals to tackle pertinent concerns of the oil and gas industry in the region, from the changing market trends and expectations, to new business potential and the running of its daily operations.
The event gathers key companies from around the globe in an extensive showcase of products, solutions and technologies for both Upstream and Downstream. On November 28th, 2012 on a Russia Day the seminar with the biggest oil and gas enterprises to be held in Gazprom Singapore office is planned. Topics to be discussed include changes in country`s legislation in subsurface management, and the prospects for further industry development in Russia. Speakers: Kirill Zabbarov, Deputy Director of public policy and regulation in the field of geology and mineral resources of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation, Rinat Talipov, Deputy Head of the Department of Oil and Gas Industry production and transportation of oil and gas of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
