Russian Ministry of Transport to support RAO/CIS Offshore 2013
The Organising Committee of RAO/CIS Offshore, the 11th International Conference for Oil and Gas Resources Development of the Russian Arctic and CIS Continental Shelf, received the official supporting letter from Deputy Minister Viktor Olersky that confirm that the Russian Ministry of Transport provides it with support and considers the event to be topical.
In this letter Mr Olersky assumes that it is appropriate to discuss the related to the introduction of new technologies, technical means and equipment to ensure efficient operation of maritime rescue in the Arctic, as well as prevent and reduce the risks of adverse effects on Arctic eco systems within RAO/CIS Offshore 2013 conference.
2013 Conference themes: exploration works and development of oil and gas deposits of the Arctic and Far East shelves, legal and regulatory framework for design, construction and exploitation of facilities on offshore oil and gas fields development, industrial and environmental safety systems in extreme conditions, floating and subsea equipment for construction and exploitation of surface and subsea facilities for oil and gas fields development, etc. Exhibition profile: geological works, ships and marine facilities, techniques and technologies for offshore oil and gas fields development, subsea works, subsea pipelines, industrial and environmental safety, information support of works on the continental shelf.
