Russian delegation goes to LINGA 2013 assisted by RESTEC®
In addition to Tekhnodrev Siberia, a joint venture in Novosibirsk between RESTEC® Exhibition Company and Deutsche Messe, interested companies are being invited to join the delegation to the world's premier trade fair for the forestry and wood industries – from forestry and forest technology, wood processing, woodworking and wood bioenergy, LIGNA (6-10 May 2013, Hannover, Germany).
The trade show is a biennial event that brings together companies offering equipment, materials, tools, latest technological achievements and innovative products for the timber and woodworking industries. LIGNA embraces approximately 1 700 exhibitors from 50 countries of the world with total area of 130 000 square meters and over 90 000 professional attendees from Europe, Asia and America.
On May 7th, a special session “Russia vs. Germany: prospects for international and regional cooperation in modernization of the timber and woodworking industries” within LIGNA 2013 business program will be held. Representatives of federal and regional authorities, members of business circles of Russia and Germany are going to take part in the event Russian delegation is expected to be headed by a member of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation.
The state of forestry and woodworking industries in Russia, as well as cooperation between Russia and Germany in this sector is to be considered at the session. Discussion devoted to interaction between Russian and European technological platforms will be adjoined to TEKHNODREV Siberia project presentation.
