AUTOPROM Russia encompasses automotive component supply
On 12-14 March 2013, St. Petersburg will host the International Exhibition and Conference AUTOPROM Russia 2013 – the only specialised industry event in Russia aimed at further development of an automotive-component supply chain and all industry players.
AUTOPROM Russia 2013 is supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Government of St. Petersburg, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Russia, the Russian Engineering Union, the Russian Foundrymen Union, the St. Petersburg Association of Automotive-Component Manufacturers, and the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia. The industrial community actively supports the event, regarding the exhibition and conference of components and technologies for the automotive industry as one more step towards market development.
It was not by chance that St. Petersburg was selected as the venue for AUTOPROM Russia 2013.
Not only is today's city a major industrial centre, but also a full-fledged automotive cluster located near the Baltic ports and Western Europe and one of the country’s leading transportation hubs. St. Petersburg is fast becoming a popular locale for the hosting of numerous international events: it is here that the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum and St. Petersburg International Legal Forum take place. The federal city unlocks tremendous prospects for the organisation of new and ambitious projects.
The AUTOPROM Russia 2013 exhibition programme will present the full cycle of auto-component manufacturing – from raw and production materials, equipment, technologies and design-engineering solutions right up to the finished product, i.e. automotive components. The exhibition profile includes metal and light-weight constructions, bodies, drive control, assembly, chassis, electronics, mechanics, non-metallic components, chemical products, logistics, and information technologies, etc.
The business events of AUTOPROM Russia 2013 include international experience in the formation and development of clusters, professional training, legislative framework, certification, logistics, component supply-chain management and customs regulation. Participants will also consider the major trends on the global automotive market, strategies of leading OES, and the requirements imposed on OEM market players, etc.
AUTOPROM Russia 2013 expects more than 150 Russian and foreign enterprises, including prominent OEM, OES companies, delegations of key Russian autoclusters, automotive suppliers, manufacturers of materials and engineering equipment, developers of design software, universities and research institutes, and specialised and general business mass-media.
AUTOPROM Russia 2013 is timed to coincide with other leading industrial specialised events: St. Petersburg Technical Fair, BLECH Russia 2013 Sheet Metal-Working Exhibition, and Fastener Fair Russia 2013 Fastener and Technology Exhibition. The format allows participants of the exhibition and conference to cover adjacent trade markets, and AUTOPROM Russia 2013 to become a platform for productive professional dialogue among market experts as well as representatives of state structures and business.
