RESTEC®, the Official Partner of Russian-Norwegian Oil & Gas Conference, 29-30 January 2013
RESTEC® is the official partner of the 11th Annual Russian-Norwegian Oil & Gas Conference "Unlocking the High North potential – together", to be held on January 29-30, 2013 in St. Petersburg.
This is a key meeting place for Russian and Norwegian oil & gas companies. Conference is held one year in Russia and the next year in Norway with the support of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Russian Federation, the Ministry of Trade and Industry and Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum & Energy. Over 250 delegates take part in the Conference each year.
The Conference 2013 will be opening by Mr. Per Rune Henriksen, Deputy Minister of the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy. The speeches at the Conference will be delivered by government agencies, the industry associations and leading oil & gas companies including Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation, Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, Gazprom Neft Shelf LLC, Gazprom geologorazvedka, Rosneft, Aker Solutions, Dresser-Rand, KM Simulation and Training, Kongsberg Oil & Gas Technologies AS, Kvaerner, Oglaend Systems, Rystad Energy, Sevan Marine ASA, Technip Norway, Sections of the Economic Development of Stavanger and adjacent territories (oil and gas cluster project in the Barents Sea), High North Center for Business and Governance and others.
During the Conference, representatives of the leading Russian and Norwegian companies will share the latest information on realization of the key hydrocarbon resources development projects in Russia and Norway. The Conference will focus on technical and technological aspects of oil and gas resources development in harsh environments of the Arctic and Sub-Arctic.
